🎯 Requirements

5+ years designing customer-facing websites/landing pages in fintech/crypto.
Proficient with Figma, Miro, and JIRA.
Experience with design systems and processes.
Strong analytics and user insights to optimize funnels and pages.
Fluent in English; German a plus; strong cross-team collaboration.
