Senior Product Designer, Web Experience & Design Systems

📋 Description

• Own Neo’s core website, landing pages, and conversion flows.
• Design and optimize entry points across onboarding and marketing campaigns.
• Build and evolve the web design system with components, tokens, and patterns.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Creative to boost conversion and clarity.
• Use data, experimentation, and user insights to inform design decisions.
• Enable speed through systems and governance for web experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of product design experience.
• Strong experience designing high-performing web experiences and landing pages.
• Deep experience building or maintaining design systems in production.
• Experience with experimentation and iteration (A/B testing, rapid prototyping).
• Strong craft across interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and understand front-end realities.
