📋 Description

• Own design for key Truework product areas—from discovery to launch—for borrowers, lenders, and ops.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape roadmaps, and deliver solutions.
• Simplify complex workflows (verification, documents, consent, status) into clear, usable experiences.
• Use AI-assisted design tools to rapidly prototype and validate; implement lightweight UI changes when needed.
• Design for trust in a sensitive financial domain—emphasizing transparency, accessibility, and clear UI patterns.
• Translate insights from research, stakeholders, and data into tested, refined solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience with a track record of shipping high‑quality work.
• Portfolio shows end‑to‑end thinking: framing, exploration, rationale, iteration, impact.
• Comfortable in complex domains; can distill edge cases into simple, usable flows.
• Strong product instincts balancing user needs, business goals, constraints, and timelines.
• Experienced in cross-functional collaboration; influence through clarity.
• Plans and executes lightweight research (interviews, usability tests) and partners with researchers.
