📋 Description

• Own design for Truework areas across borrower, lender, and ops.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to define problems and roadmaps.
• Simplify complex workflows (verification, docs, consent, status).
• Prototype with AI tools; implement lightweight UI changes in code.
• Design for trust, transparency, accessibility in fintech.
• Translate research and data into measurable product outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience with shipping results.
• Portfolio shows end-to-end thinking and measurable impact.
• Distill complex domains into simple, usable flows.
• Balance user needs, business goals, tech constraints, and timelines.
• Collaborative, influence decisions through clarity.
• Plan and execute lightweight research; partner with researchers.
• Details matter: interactions, content clarity, IA, accessibility.
• Nice-to-have fintech, lending, mortgage, identity or regulated spaces.
