🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of product design experience with shipping high-quality work.
• Portfolio shows end-to-end thinking: framing, exploration, impact.
• Comfortable in complex domains; distill complexity into simple flows.
• Strong product instincts balancing user needs, business goals, constraints.
• Collaborative across teams; influence via clarity, not authority.
• Plan and execute lightweight research; partner with researchers when available.
