🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience with a strong track record.
• Portfolio demonstrates end-to-end thinking and measurable impact.
• Comfortable in complex domains; distill complexity into simple flows.
• Strong product instincts; balance user needs, business goals, constraints, and timelines.
• Collaborative cross-functional experience; influence through clarity.
• Plan and execute lightweight research; partner with researchers.
