Senior Product Designer (Student Loans)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for student loan and refinance experiences from discovery to launch.
• Run experiments across high-intent funnels to boost engagement and conversions.
• Define and execute research strategies to uncover insights and validate concepts.
• Partner with Product to translate strategy into design problems and metrics.
• Design compliant financial workflows balancing regulation with usability.
• Identify 0→1 opportunities in ambiguous spaces to guide early work.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing consumer-facing digital products with measurable impact.
• Experience designing fintech or regulated loan products.
• Proven ability to lead research, experimentation, and end-to-end design.
• Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong UX for high-intent funnels and conversion optimization.
• Experience designing complex multi-step workflows with disclosures.
