Lead end-to-end design for SiteVault (ideation to high-fidelity UI)
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to define requirements
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions
Develop and maintain design systems for consistency
Mentor junior designers and elevate design quality
Iterate designs based on user feedback and product performance

🎯 Requirements

5+ years product design, portfolio; healthcare/clinical trials preferred
UX/UI design, interaction design, information architecture
Designed for integrated systems across multiple touchpoints
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
Excellent communication; present concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with agile development and cross-functional teams
