Senior Product Designer - Quality

📋 Description

• Lead designs for Vault Quality apps, turning complex requirements into elegant UX
• Provide design direction in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Present concepts and research to peers and leadership, explaining decisions
• Partner with PM, Dev, QA to move from design to testing and launch
• Produce mocks, flows, prototypes to define end-to-end experiences
• Mentor designers and improve design processes within the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years creating compelling user experiences, preferably in enterprise SaaS
• Strong balance of interaction and visual design; ability to create pixel-perfect mocks
• Shipped products or features with impact shown in portfolio
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; rapidly conceive and visualize design solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Mastery of Figma; Degree or equivalent in HCI/Graphic/Interaction Design
