Senior Product Designer - Product & Experience

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops and discovery to shape design strategies, including AI opportunities.
• Translate user needs into concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Design intuitive interactions with clarity, explainability and user control.
• Oversee design delivery, roadmaps, and timelines.
• Build scalable design systems with AI-driven components.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
• Advocate for design quality, accessibility, and ethical AI use.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products across UX and UI.
• Strong storytelling, research, and communication skills.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe, and prototyping platforms.
• Experience in agile teams and collaborating with data science or ML teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Curiosity and working knowledge of AI in product design.
