Senior Product Designer, Prediction Markets

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for key areas in Prediction Markets from concept to launch
• Design UX for trading flows, engagement features, and platform expansion
• Partner with product, engineering, and ops to define requirements and execute initiatives
• Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive product experiences
• Incorporate leadership feedback into design iterations while maintaining quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong visual portfolio
• Experience designing end-to-end products, including launches
• Comfortable in ambiguity and able to drive projects forward independently
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to deliver results
• Synthesize stakeholder feedback to improve product outcomes
• Proficient in Figma and open to AI tools in workflow
