📋 Description

• Own design for security policy configuration and compliance workflows.
• Translate complex governance into clear, usable experiences for AppSec and developers.
• Collaborate with PMs, Engineering Managers, and security teams to shape policy UX.
• Maintain high craft quality with strong interaction and visual design.
• Contribute to Pajamas Design System and reusable patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-grade security, compliance, or DevSecOps products
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design
• Experience translating complex concepts into clear user-centered experiences
• Excellent collaboration across multiple product teams and stakeholders
• Systems thinking and design systems experience
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
