🎯 Requirements
- Must be native to crypto and have payments experience or CeFi/DeFi interest
- 6-8+ years of Product Design experience
- Experience designing digital products in agile environments
- Portfolio of modern, mobile-first design
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles
- Translates complex problems into user-centric, data-driven experiences
- Proficient in user research, interaction design, and prototyping
