🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of professional product design experience in B2B, analytics, fintech, or adtech/commerce at scale.
- Proven ability to frame ambiguous problems using research, data, and experimentation.
- Comfortable applying AI across daily design practice from discovery to validation.
- Strong storytelling and prototypes to make complex concepts legible and align stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Data to balance user needs, constraints, and business goals.
- Strong interaction and product design craft with a track record of shipping production-quality work and contributing to a design system.
