Senior Product Designer (Mobile Apps)

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design of Monstro’s Android app—from concepts to production-ready experiences.
• Design intuitive native mobile experiences across onboarding, financial workflows, AI-powered interactions, and core journeys.
• Drive UX direction for AI-powered workflows, translating tech into usable mobile interactions.
• Shape and refine the core mobile product, balancing user needs, business goals, and constraints.
• Design high-quality interfaces and mobile-first experiences to boost usability and engagement.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver polished Android experiences with craft and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of product design experience, with a focus on native mobile apps and consumer products.
• Experience designing Android and/or iOS experiences with mobile UX best practices and responsive behavior.
• Experience designing AI-driven product experiences with human-AI interaction patterns and explainability.
• Strong user-centered design processes and cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio showing mobile product design, consumer apps, and end-to-end experiences.
• Familiarity with Android conventions and Material Design principles is highly preferred.
