- Contribute to design reviews and help build a strong design culture at Sequence
🎯 Requirements
- You have shipped B2B products, ideally in finance, B2B or workflow-heavy domains
- You are comfortable in an early-stage environment and excited to help shape both product and process
- You are interested in AI tools (such as Cursor, Midjourney, Figma Make, Claude Artifacts, etc.) and curious about designing with and for AI
- You embrace ambiguity and enjoy exploring entirely new interaction patterns rather than refining existing ones
- You prioritize speed and impact over weeks of analysis & research
