Senior Product Designer - Lifecycle & Growth

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end design for Instacart+ and Incentives.
• Design subscription and promo experiences across surfaces.
• Frame problems clearly; compare tradeoffs and impact.
• Translate flows/content to align with the design system.
• Leverage AI-assisted prototyping within system constraints.
• Collaborate with Research and Data Science to refine journeys.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years designing consumer-facing products (web/mobile).
• Portfolio with end-to-end features across lifecycle touchpoints.
• Experience in digital commerce, subscriptions, incentives, pricing, or monetization.
• Fluent in Figma and Google Slides; deliver high-fidelity UI aligned to a design system.
• Proven impact on activation/retention/conversion; partnered on experimentation.
• Ability to drive multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous env.
• Strong communication; framing problems and tradeoffs with cross-functional partners.
