📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end product design from framing to implementation.
• Co-lead product areas with PM using research and data to shape vision.
• Deliver scalable product experiences with long-term IA and usability.
• Own product excellence, ensuring high-quality UI/UX and content across platforms.
• Contribute to and evolve design system guidelines for consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch new experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in product design for B2C mobile apps.
• Proven onboarding and subscription-management improvements.
• Strong design research (generative and evaluative) with actionable insights.
• Lead design in ambiguous spaces; collaborate across product, engineering, data, and compliance.
• Autonomous, able to navigate tradeoffs in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent visual design with accessibility, aesthetic usability, and pixel-perfect craft.
