🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in product design shipping a design system used by multiple teams.
- Strong design fundamentals: interaction design, visual systems, responsive patterns.
- Design systems mastery: components, tokens, governance, documentation.
- Technical fluency: Storybook or equivalent; understand constraints shaping UX.
- Accessibility competency (WCAG) applied to systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
