🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years in product design, UI/UX, or interaction design.
Experience in growth, CRO, activation, retention, or monetization.
Strong portfolio with experimentation work (A/B testing, funnel optimization).
Experience designing for mobile apps.
Comfort with design systems and component libraries.
Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
