🎯 Requirements
- 4–7 years designing digital products with strong visual/interaction and systems thinking.
- Design systems: components, tokens, docs; tradeoffs between flexibility and consistency.
- Platform/infrastructure design experience (auth, billing, settings) a plus.
- Technical curiosity; collaborate with engineers; prototyping in Figma.
- Strong craft: typography, spacing, hierarchy, attention to detail.
- Cross-platform design: iOS, Android, and web.
