🎯 Requirements
- 5-7 years of product design experience in fast-paced startups
- Excited about integrating AI tools into design workflows and AI-powered product experiences
- Experience designing complex systems or service-oriented products with multiple user types
- Owner mindset with strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong interaction design, systems thinking, and information architecture
- Excellent communication; fintech/wealth management experience a plus
