🎯 Requirements

- Strong portfolio for complex systems translating business/user needs.
- Hands-on user research; AI-assisted research a plus.
- Mastery of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Framer, XD, Illustrator) incl AI features.
- Deep experience with design systems at scale.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React/web components.
