Senior Product Designer, Driver

📋 Description

• Partner with product and engineering to define roadmaps and direction.
• Solve problems, think big, explore ideas, converge toward vision.
• Influence product with research and data; deliver wireframes and prototypes.
• Advocate for design; present cross-functionally and articulate rationale.
• Build end-to-end experiences through collaboration across teams.
• Create reusable design frameworks and patterns that scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in UX/UI/HCI with mobile product design
• Cross-functional partnerships with engineers, PMs, data scientists, researchers
• Excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling
• Experience with user research methods and analysis
• Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools (incl. AI)
• Systems thinking; strong information architecture and craft
