Design and refine UI components, patterns, foundations in Xometry's design system
Translate product needs into scalable, reusable design system solutions
Partner with Design Systems Engineering to ensure components are feasible and production-ready
Support designers by helping them use the system effectively and consistently
Create and maintain clear docs, usage guidelines, and examples in Figma
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from the Design Systems Lead

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in product design, with design system experience
Strong visual, interaction, and UI design with great attention to detail
Experience designing component-based systems in Figma
Think in terms of patterns, scalability, and reuse
Collaborate closely with engineers, incorporating technical constraints
Clear communication and openness to feedback
