Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Contribute to product strategy, priorities, and scope from design perspective
• Act as a senior design partner in product decisions, balancing user needs, goals, and constraints
• Identify, frame, and validate problems independently in ambiguous spaces
• Design and deliver high-quality UI with layout, typography, accessibility across states
• Write and refine UX copy and microcopy to improve clarity, usability, trust, and growth
• Own and evolve the design system, including components, patterns, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product design experience with Figma and a strong portfolio
• Expertise in product design, UI, and UX with strong design principles
• Ego-free, positive, adaptable attitude
• Strong time management, communication, and openness to feedback
• Front-end literacy (HTML/CSS, responsive design) to collaborate with engineering
• Empathy for users and drive to impact through design
• Desire to stay up to date with design trends and tools
