• 5–8 years of product design with end-to-end ownership.
• Fluency in Figma: components, auto-layout, and design-system variables.
• Strong prototyping instincts.
• Experience building design systems across multiple products.
• Excellent visual design: typography, color, spacing, motion.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and early-stage work.
• Clear, direct communication.
