📋 Description

• Own the full design lifecycle—from research to specs—for consumer and developer products.
• Prototype early and often with tools like Figma, Cursor, v0.
• Shape and scale design systems for coherence across products.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and other designers to align priorities and ship fast.
• Bring strong visual and interaction craft across wallets and developer consoles.
• Advocate for users grounded in research, data, and curiosity about blockchain products.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of product design with end-to-end shipping (consumer and platform).
• Fluency in Figma: components, auto-layout, and variables for design systems.
• Strong prototyping instincts; prefers interactive prototypes.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems for multiple surfaces.
• Excellent visual design: typography, color, spacing, motion, interaction thinking.
• Comfort with ambiguity; interest in AI-augmented tools and web3.
