📋 Description

• Design and ship internal tooling for operations teams to improve workflows.
• Explore and design client-facing payments and insurance experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design with a strong portfolio.
• Senior-level experience leading complex product initiatives.
• Experience on consumer-facing and internal/B2B products with impact.
• Proficient in design tools (Figma, Cursor).
• Strong design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Prototyping expertise across multiple tools and mediums.
