🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in complex B2B SaaS or document management.
- Strong portfolio showing design skills, process, impact, and AI/data-heavy features.
- Capable of driving vision in emerging product areas with ambiguous requirements.
- Design setup-free, progressively disclosed experiences that reduce cognitive load.
- Experience designing AI-native or conversational interfaces is highly valued.
- Figma expertise with strong interaction design and systems thinking.
