- Design AI-native CLM experiences with onboarding-free setup.
- Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, AI teams, Research, and Data on metadata extraction and automation.
- Conduct research to understand SMB contract behaviors and translate insights into design opportunities.
- Develop and iterate designs/prototypes that communicate AI-powered features and conversational interfaces.
- Work with product management to test progressive disclosure, sane defaults, and opinionated suggestions.
- Partner with Customer Advisory Board to validate adoption and engagement with each release.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in product design, with B2B SaaS or document management experience.
- Strong portfolio showing design skills, impact, and ability to simplify AI/data-heavy features.
- Capable of driving vision in emerging product areas with ambiguous requirements.
- Skilled at designing setup-free and progressively disclosed experiences to reduce cognitive load.
- Experience designing AI-native or conversational interfaces is highly valued.
- Figma expertise with strong interaction design and systems thinking; excellent English communication.
