📋 Description

• Support provider journeys across onboarding, discovery, and enrollment.
• Design experiences that improve understanding, motivation, and retention.
• Bridge Academy with the broader Fullscript product ecosystem.
• Lead iterative UX research and testing in a fast-moving environment.
• Translate insights and strategy into clear design direction.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver production-ready designs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product design craft across UX research, UX design, and visual design.
• End-to-end design experience from discovery through handoff.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and adapting to constraints.
• Experience designing for learning, behavior change, or knowledge retention.
• Experience across connected surfaces or product ecosystems.
• Bonus: EdTech platforms or onboarding products.
