- Experience designing for multi-platform delivery: responsive/adaptive layouts, component systems, platform-aware patterns.
- Strong product thinking; balance user needs, business goals and tech limits with data-informed trade-offs.
- Proven collaboration across design, product and engineering.
- Strong organizational skills; navigate ambiguity and communicate with stakeholders.
- Fintech experience or financial services, with data-heavy workflows.
