Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Drive our vision to find every child a permanent, loving family and improve outcomes.
• Own design end-to-end across Binti's product suite—from Licensing to AI Package.
• Collaborate with PMs on early research to understand user pain points.
• Design and iterate wireframes and high-fidelity mockups; coach PMs on north star and MVP.
• Rapidly prototype using AI design tools (Lovable, Figma Make) to validate ideas.
• Own and scale our design system to match product growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in UX, UI, or product design; experience with complex products.
• AI design and prototyping tools expertise (Lovable, Claude, Cursor).
• Ability to dig into root problems and understand user needs.
• Strong UX skills, workflow mapping, and wireframing.
• Mentor teammates and implement scalable processes.
• Low-ego, collaborative approach with product and engineering teams.
