🎯 Requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, empathise with customers
- 3-5 years in experience design with product/tech teams
- Mastery of Figma and other UX/UI tools
- Experience scoping and conducting user research with recruitment and qualitative tools
- Experience in UX strategies across web and mobile
- Ideally experience in health, wellbeing or aged care sectors
