📋 Description

• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to shape user-centered solutions for Serve.
• Contribute to ideation sessions, workshops, and early concepts.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible experiences.
• Lead prototyping and user testing to gather feedback and iterate.
• Champion a research-informed design process with insights from studies and analytics.
• Mentor junior designers and support team growth.
• Use and evolve design system for consistency, proposing new patterns.
• Inform product strategy with design thinking to shape the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio of user-centric design work.
• 5+ years in product design with leading projects.
• Proficient in Figma; Sketch or similar tools OK.
• Strategic thinker who translates goals and research into design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Experience designing consumer-facing products.
• Experience using analytics to refine UX.
• Accessibility at scale; ADA/WCAG/Section 508 knowledge.
• Cross-platform consistency for cohesive journeys.
• Adaptable to fast iterations and Agile.
• Leadership and mentoring of junior designers.
• Strong commitment to user-centered design.
• SaaS/B2B design experience welcomed.
