🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, fintech or complex B2B SaaS.
- Builder mindset: shipping beyond Figma, including frontend code or AI-assisted prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex).
- Research fluency: plan and conduct rapid user testing and translate findings into decisions.
- AI maturity: comfortable experimenting with emerging tools to streamline research, prototyping, and synthesis.
- Experience with research ops tools (Rally, User Interviews, Dovetail).
