📋 Description

• Own end-to-end UX and design process from discovery to prototyping and testing.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing (German); synthesize insights.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to balance user value, feasibility, and quality.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces ready for implementation.
• Create and maintain information architecture, scalable UI patterns, and design systems.
• Design data-heavy workflows and insights for non-expert users.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to work across discovery and delivery, contributing to product direction.
• Fluency in English and German, with ability to conduct user interviews and testing.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience designing complex or data-heavy interfaces for non-expert users.
• Available to co-create in our Berlin office several days per week.
