🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years in product design with AI-powered experiences.
- 0→1 mindset: hypothesis, prototyping, validation, shipping.
- Curiosity and love of figuring things out as AI evolves.
- Self-starting through ambiguity; autonomous and collaborative.
- Think across multiple personas to create cohesive AI experiences.
- Experience designing for non-deterministic AI outputs (trust, fallbacks).
