🎯 Requirements

- Demonstrated experience designing complex workflows and leading projects from concept to implementation.
- Experience applying AI tools or designing AI-enhanced user experiences with responsible usage.
- Strong proficiency in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing.
