🎯 Requirements

7+ years of product design experience in complex digital products.
Strong systems thinking, UX strategy, and visual/interaction design.
Experience in cross-functional, data-driven product environments.
Ability to use metrics, experimentation, and research to guide decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
