- 4+ years designing consumer-facing digital products
- Strong portfolio with measurable improvements
- Deep understanding of financial products and complex flows
- Skilled in Figma, prototyping, and design workflows
- Comfortable collaborating with data teams to measure impact
- Experience with design systems and cross-functional collaboration
