🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in product/UX design for complex SaaS products
- Strong collaboration with PMs, engineers, and designers
- Led or facilitated design reviews, workshops, or sessions
- Designed complex workflows or systems (workflows, multi-step creation)
- Curiosity and hands-on AI tools experience (chat copilots, prototypes)
- Systems mindset: scale patterns across screens and use cases
- Able to own end-to-end projects with your product trio
