Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end payment experiences across web and conversational AI.
• Translate payment workflows (ACH, debit, failed payments) into intuitive UX.
• Define interaction patterns for conversational interfaces and dialogue flows.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to shape direction and outcomes.
• Use data and experimentation to iterate and improve payment metrics.
• Contribute to design systems for AI-native and conversational experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of product design delivering end-to-end digital experiences
• Experience designing conversational, chat-based, or AI-assisted UIs
• Experience designing complex workflows with branching logic and error handling
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools for interactive or conversational flows
• Experience designing LLM-powered interfaces or fintech payment workflows
