🎯 Requirements

Strong systems thinking to design across complex, end-to-end experiences
High-quality UX and interaction design craft, with the ability to simplify complexity
AI-first design practice using Claude, Cursor, v0 or similar
Builder mindset; move quickly from concept to prototype to iteration
Experience with complex or data-rich products
Familiarity with marketing, messaging, or growth platforms
