🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years designing digital products at scale (fintech/real estate/B2B).
• Portfolio showing systemic thinking and real business impact.
• Modern stack: expert in Figma (auto-layout, components, libraries).
• AI Proficiency: experience with LLMs or generative tools.
• Technical Knowledge: HTML/CSS fundamentals and design-to-engineering bridge.
