- Collaborate with engineers, designers, PMs to understand requirements and review designs weekly.
- Present in-progress work for early team feedback to align on direction.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows within our design system across platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specs to speed development.
- Partner with Product to refine PRDs, conduct user research, and usability testing.
- Keep designs sprint-ready ahead of frontend engineers and support implementation.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in senior or staff-level digital product design with a strong portfolio.
- Proven SaaS product design experience, ideally for enterprise customers.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe) and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams, AI or data-driven environments a plus.
- Strong user research, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent).
