📋 Description

• Own end-to-end experience; partner with Product/Engineering to define problems.
• Use LLMs to clarify intent, draft briefs, surface edge cases.
• Prototype with AI tools; iterate flows and lightweight interfaces.
• Validate with customers early; run quick tests and adjust direction.
• Refine in Figma; translate concepts with state coverage.
• Mentor and support other designers; share feedback and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in product design, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Strong portfolio across end-to-end design and complex systems.
• Autonomous working on ambiguous problems with clarity.
• Active use of LLMs in design workflow (framing, prototyping).
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools to iterate without production code.
• Excellent collaboration with Product and Engineering.
