📋 Description

• Own and drive complex product design from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with Product and Engineering across the lifecycle.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable design with concepts, flows, prototypes.
• Advocate for the customer experience using research and feedback.
• Contribute to design systems and standards for consistency.
• Model design craft; participate in reviews to raise quality.
• Mentor and support other designers to grow.
• Create AI-enabled experiences and features.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in product design, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking and interaction.
• Autonomous, with ownership over ambiguous problems.
• Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Balance strategy with hands-on execution.
• Experience with design systems.
• Passion for customer-centered design and continuous improvement.
