🎯 Requirements
- 6–8+ years in product design, preferably B2B SaaS or complex products
- Strong portfolio: end-to-end design thinking, interaction, visuals
- Autonomous, able to own ambiguous problems and drive work
- Excellent collaboration with Product and Engineering; strong communication
- Balance strategy with hands-on design execution
- Experience contributing to design systems; customer-centered design
